Last night was the 86th Oscar awards. This year’s host was none other than…

A lot of people had mixed feelings about her hosting since last year was none other than the raunchy Seth MacFarlane. I think Ellen was a great choice to host from Seth. She isnt raunchy but she is Oscar funny. If you get what I mean. I love both. I think Seth did a great job last year and in my opinion they should have kept the raunchy humor going but thats not going to happen. Either or I love Ellen her opening act was funny. If you have seen it here it is!

Ellen wanted to make history and she did! She took an Oscar Selfie and it actually crash Twitter and Breaks a Record!

There was great performances last night! Pharrell with his catchy hit from Despicable Me 2 called Happy! Karen O, U2, Idina Mendzel, even Bette Davis was performing. All performances was great but the one that touched me the most was Pink’s Tribute to Wizard of Oz! All three of Judy Garland’s children was in attendance as the oscars and P!NK was paying tribute to their mother and the iconic film of all time!

The stage was phenomenal!

P!NK looked amazing!!

After the break Ellen came out looking like this

Just too funny! This is exactly why I love Ellen. She keeps the crowd going!

Congrats to all the winners!

I was going for Jonah Hill for Wolf of Wall Street but Jared Leto did to a great job in Dallas Buyers Club. I was also going for Leonardo DiCaprio but to be all honest this was Matthew McConaughey’s moment and he was Fantastic in Dallas Buyers Club plus the storyline alone I already knew he was winning an award for it. However, I am upset that Gravity won best directing. Well hell Im mad they just one period. I will give this, For a film to be done in outer space, like actually taking place in outer space 99% of the time it was decent. I don’t think storyline was that great, I think it could have been better but I do agree with them winning Best Visual Effects! I think the visual effects was breathtaking!!

One thing Ellen kept saying all night is that everyone was a winner! I agree with her so much! There was a lot of phenomenal actors and actresses but also the film crew who works just as hard to make it possible!

Until Next Time Social Droogz!
