Spider-Man is joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe!

Hey Droogs and Diamonds!!!

It’s Official!!! Spider-Man will be joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Sony made a press release stating that they still own Spider-Man. As far as I know, Spider-Man will be in one Marvel Movie Prior to his stand alone film which will be released July 28, 2017. A few Marvel movies have been pushed back because of the release Spider-Man. Sony also made it clear that they have full creative control on the Spider-Man stand alone films. When it comes to Spider-Man being in the Marvel Films, I have no idea who has what control at the moment but mostly likely would be Marvel. Kevin Feige and Former head of Sony Pictures Amy Pascal will be producing the Spider-Man Stand Alone Films. Its pretty cool they came to an agreement and Spider-Man is coming to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. I feel that if they didn’t come to an agreement,  Marvel would have still made an awesome film without Spider-Man. This was best business move both Sony and Marvel has done but, I just hope this doesn’t ruin business. Too many egos in the film world. They are going to re cast the role of Spider-Man. In my post about the rumors of Spider-Man joining the Marvel Films, I said I can see Anton Yelchin (He played in movies like Alpha Dog, Hearts in Atlantis and both Star Trek films)  Playing Spider-Man but mostly likely they are going to go with someone different, someone with a different look but that would have been my choice.
